This gorgeous pen with strips of abalone shell definitely warranted a review – even though it’s actually Azizah’s pen.

Thank you to you and Azizah for the chance to see such a beautiful pen! Raden pens are among my grail pens, and the body on this one is stunning. Fortunately for my pocketbook, the ball on the clip doesn’t appeal to me. (Not that I could afford it anyway….I do own a Platinum raden but it has just a fraction of the abalone shell that the Yukari does. I’m still hoping to acquire another raden one day….will have to save up like one does for an investment or piece of art.)

I can imagine the pleasure Azizah gets when using such a gorgeous pen, and I can’t even be envious because I’m so happy for her. 🙂
