This fountain pen and ballpoint set was let to me by my grandfather. This is a good example of a pen that may not have tremendous financial value but that has a strong emotional value. I reviewed the pens a long time ago.
The Visconti Opera Elements Fire has been in my collection for a very long time. I absolutely adore the finish of this pen: it’s a wonderful pen that just looks beautiful. The smooth and springy 14 karat gold nib is particularly special. This pen is quite a bit smaller than its big brother, the Opera Master, but it is also lighter and more portable.
The OMAS 360 Magnum is one of my favourite pens ever, but how does it stack up to the newer version (I think OMAS referred to it as the “vintage” version, to distinguish it from the redesigned 360 model, which is a completely different pen that doesn’t have the pronounced triangular design)?
